Privacy Policy
This is a draft privacy policy template for MAi Home Report. It describes, in general terms, how we intend to handle information. It is a placeholder and must be reviewed before being relied upon.
Information we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect the email address you provide, an optional first name, your selected content track, the page you subscribed from, and a timestamp. We only collect this with your consent.
Site measurement
We keep a simple, first-party count of how our own content is used — for example, how many people opened a particular guide, started a tool, or subscribed from a particular page. This runs entirely on our own server. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party analytics service, and nothing about your visit is shared with another company.
These counts are deliberately not tied to you. We do not set analytics cookies, do not store your IP address, do not create a visitor or session identifier, and do not fingerprint your device — so we cannot reconstruct one person’s path through the site, by design. Where a page records where you arrived from, we keep only the website’s name (for example “google.com”), never the full address.
Anything you type into a tool or calculator stays in your browser and is never sent to us or recorded.
How we use it
We use your information to send you the newsletter content you signed up for and to improve what we publish. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. You may request access to or deletion of your data.
